Try our Somerset Ridge spin on the classic cocktail, the French 75! Using our award-winning hard cider, you can mix up the perfect party cocktail at home!
Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
- Cocktail strainer
Materials
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz Somerset Ridge Housemade Sweet & Sour mix
- 1/2 oz Somerset Ridge Citron
- ice
- 1 bottle Lucky Dog Hard Cider
- Somerset Ridge Citrus spray
- candied lemon peels
Instructions
- Add your favorite gin, Somerset Ridge Housemade Sweet & Sour mix, and citron in a cocktail shaker
- Shake, shake shake with ice!
- Strain cocktail into a Champagne flute
- Top with Lucky Dog Hard Cider (about 2 oz) to taste
- Place your candied lemon peel on the rim of the glass
- Spray Somerset Ridge Citrus spray until glass is coated
