peeled, quartered, cored, and sliced 1/4 inch thick
Instructions
In a large skillet, melt the butter and sugar
Add the Somerset Ridge Avalon
Increase the heat to medium high and add the apples
Cook, tossing frequently, until browned, about 5 minutes
