Avalon Apples

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp Somerset Ridge Avalon
  • 1 3/4 lb. Tart apples (about 4 medium) peeled, quartered, cored, and sliced 1/4 inch thick

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter and sugar
  2. Add the Somerset Ridge Avalon
  3. Increase the heat to medium high and add the apples
  4. Cook, tossing frequently, until browned, about 5 minutes
