Avalon Apples
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp Somerset Ridge Avalon
- 1 3/4 lb. Tart apples (about 4 medium) peeled, quartered, cored, and sliced 1/4 inch thick
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter and sugar
- Add the Somerset Ridge Avalon
- Increase the heat to medium high and add the apples
- Cook, tossing frequently, until browned, about 5 minutes
