Avalon Apples

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp Somerset Ridge Avalon
  • 1 3/4 lb. Tart apples (about 4 medium) peeled, quartered, cored, and sliced 1/4 inch thick

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter and sugar
  • Add the Somerset Ridge Avalon
  • Increase the heat to medium high and add the apples
  • Cook, tossing frequently, until browned, about 5 minutes
