2 ounces Somerset Ridge Tawny Port
Whipped Heavy Cream

Instructions

Place sugar in coffee cup
Add the hot coffee - stopping 1 1/2 in from top rim
Add Tawny Port
Top with a dollop of freshly whipped heavy cream
