When do my benefits begin?

When you sign up! You can begin to take advantage of your benefits on the day you enroll in the club. If you are giving a wine club membership as a gift, the recipient’s benefits will begin as soon as they receive their first shipment. The shipment will include important information regarding their account. If you are receiving a wine club as a gift, your benefits will begin as soon as you receive your first shipment.

How will I know what will be in each shipment?

Each shipment will vary by season and often include special release and limited wines. We typically know what will be in each shipment a month in advance. If you can’t wait until the arrival of your wine club shipment, call or email, we are happy to help.

Can I alter my shipments?

We have created three unique clubs to satisfy a variety of palates. Please contact us if you have a question about which club is right for you. We are unable to customize each club shipment. You may change the club you belong to by changing your profile 30 days prior to the shipment date. Changes must be received in writing or via email 30 days prior to shipment date. Keep in mind, you can place an additional order and the wine club discount will apply on all additional orders.

Does someone have to sign for wine shipments? By law, it is necessary to have a person 21 years of age or older sign for a wine shipment. If no one is home to accept the package, UPS or Fedex will attempt again. You can also contact the shipping company to arrange for pick up at their nearest store. The tracking information will be emailed to you when the shipment is processed.

Can I pick up my shipment instead of having it shipped?

Yes. Prior to the shipping date we will have special wine club members only parties to pick up your wine. You may also arrange to pick up your wine at any of our tasting rooms by notifying us via email when you will pick it up. If you do not pick up your wine within one week, we will automatically ship wines to the “ship to” address you provided after one week and charge your credit card for the appropriate shipping amount. Unfortunately we have limited space to hold wine club orders longer than one week.

How can I order more wine?

Yes and it’s easy! Each club shipment will include a wine list with our current wine selection. When you place an order online your wine club discount will apply.

Can I send the membership as a gift?

Absolutely! The wine club membership makes a great gift. You will need to provide a name, date of birth, email address, mailing address and phone number for the recipient. Your credit card will be charged the week club shipments are sent out. A notification will NOT be sent to the recipient of the gift until the club shipment has been sent. Please feel free to notify the recipient when you feel appropriate. We would hate to ruin the surprise!

Who gets the discount? The purchaser or the recipient?

Both. Giving the membership as a gift is just as good as receiving it, well almost! We are happy to extend member benefits to both the purchaser and the recipient.

How do I cancel?

While we would be sad to see you go, you may cancel at any time. After receiving two shipments, there is no cost to cancel. Memberships cancelled before two shipments incur a $40 cancellation fee. We see our wine club as a way to build a relationship with our customers. We pledge to introduce you to high quality, hand-crafted wines and build a relationship that will continue to grow through information sharing and memorable experiences.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing or via email 30 days prior to shipment date. We hope that you will give us feedback as to why you have decided to cancel your membership. This will help us address any concern you might have and develop new programs for future members.

What if I need to cancel before I receive my second shipment?

If you need to cancel your membership before you receive your first or second shipment, a $40 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

Can I skip a shipment?

Our wine clubs are designed for quarterly shipments of four bottles of wine specifically selected for your club. Your wine can be picked up in person during pickup week at the winery or our tasting outlet or shipped. No, you cannot skip shipments at your leisure. Our wine club is designed to conveniently ship consecutive wine club shipments to your door. Remember, we also included many value added benefits and perks for wine club members.
