Coffee A La Avalon
Coffee with Somerset twist.
Servings: 1 cup
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Somerset Ridge Avalon
- 1 cup Coffee
- Lightly whipped heavy cream
- Make the coffee
- Place the sugar and the pinch of cinnamon in the bottom of a coffee cup
- Add the Somerset Ridge Avalon
- Fill cup with very hot coffee
- Rest the back of a clean, dry teaspoon against the inside of the glass and sloooowly pour the thickened cream down the back of the spoon and into the glass
Pour the cream slowly so it will sit on top of the coffee.
